• We are a group of ESL professionals, teachers and managers, who simply feel that a service like this is necessary both to the teachers and for the schools.
  
  
• And we are looking for more likeminded people to join our team of arbitrators.
  
  
• We need people with overseas teaching and managerial experience to assist teachers in schools involved in disputes. This may require 5 volunteer hours per year.
