This Website Has Three Purposes

1. We are here to help resolve disputes between schools and teachers around the world in an affordable and fair way.
   
   
2. We are here to allow good schools to differentiate themselves from bad schools. Good schools, and there are many of them, want:
   
   
   1. their teachers to be treated fairly
      
      
   2. an equitable way of mediating disputes
      
      
   3. To show that they do not hide from problems but want to resolve them fairly
      
      
3. Prospective ESL teachers want to find schools that treats teachers fairly and other teachers enjoy working for.
